1. Terms and Conditions for Engagement

1.1 Basic Engagement

1.1.1 There has to be a written detailed brief of all the requirements.

1.1.2 The client will have to provide all the necessary information of the project in a written document.

1.1.3 The client should state reasons why I was chosen to work with.

1.2 Work Timings

1.2.1 There is a strict 10 AM to 6 PM engagement, regardless of when the client starts or ends their day.

1.2.2 Any work beyond 6 PM will be taken up the next day or will be chargeable.

1.2.3 Work timings do not imply that I am obligated to finish a project within 8 hours, nor should there be frequent requests for updates.

1.2.4 Strictly no work will be conducted on weekends under any circumstances.

1.2.5 If the client insists on weekend work despite this policy, a penalty fee of ₹5,000 per instance will be applied.

1.3 Preliminary Discussions

1.3.1 All official communication shall take place via email or other mutually agreed professional channels.

1.3..2 Responses to emails and messages will be provided within 24 hours during business days.

1.3.3 Frequent or unnecessary follow-ups may result in additional charges if they cause workflow interruptions.

1.3.4 Calls and messages outside of business hours will not be entertained unless pre-scheduled and agreed upon.

2. Payments

2.1 Payment Structure

2.1.1 The payment is a day rate, where a day consists of 8 hours of work.

2.1.2 Brands will pay me ₹10,000/- (GST) per day and ₹2,500/- per hour beyond that, excluding GST.
